(I have almost 250k at the moment, but I'm not FTP and I've been playing a long time.) When I first started saving for a big goal (I think my first goal was 50k), I decided that I would spend 10k at the beginning of each BGE, and save the rest, and that kept some new cards coming in, while still putting something away towards my goal.Other guys here have offered some good advice, but I'd like to append it with the fact that multiple copies cards to fuse makes all the difference in the long run in this game. Many of us are holding out for the next new Trait to be released. ![]() Additionally, Cig Addicts often performs well in Clashes when you can't build a Clash-specific deck.Įventually, you'll get to a point where it's reasonable to save up 100k, 150k, or even 200k or more GTs. One downside of this is that people will get bored playing the same deck all the time, but many still choose this route, as you will get some pretty great rewards during your chosen BGE, while still keeping your head above water the rest of the time. Cigarette Addicts (for example) is strong enough that you'll do well with it regardless of the BGE. This will give you a killer deck in one BGE that you will use year 'round. The other approach is to pick one Trait (I think that most FTP players are still choosing Addicted for Cigarette Addicts, though I think that there are now a couple of other viable options as well) and focus at least half, if not all, of your GT spending on that one Trait. This will lead you to have decent BGE-specific decks in all BGEs - but you probably won't have a killer deck in any BGE. Once you're actually building mostly or entirely BGE-specific decks, that's probably a good time to start thinking about not spending all or any of your GTs every BGE, but rather evaluating your decks and choosing one of two strategies:įocus your spending on your 2-3 weakest decks (and remember to re-evaluate which are your weakest, as the whole point is to strengthen them so that they're no longer at the bottom of your list). When you're very new, I'd recommend spending whatever GTs you have on the first day of each BGE. ![]()
